A team needs more than one loud voice
Planning, drawing, checking and explaining are all contributions.
Here is what is happening.
Team roles can make responsibilities visible. Rotate roles when useful so people can practise new skills, and adapt tasks to access needs. Equal participation does not always mean identical tasks. Check that one person is not doing all the work or being left without a meaningful part.
Pause. Make the idea your own.
Explain one idea to a partner, draw it or write it in your own words. Which part is an observation, an example or a question?
You can use a home language. No need to share personal experiences or finish everything in one sitting.Your little investigation
