Before agreeing with a sentence, find out what kind of claim it makes.

Here is what is happening.
A factual claim can be checked against evidence, but it may still be false. An opinion expresses a judgement or preference. A strong discussion distinguishes the two and gives reasons respectfully.

Consider: “This book has 80 pages” and “This is the best book”.
