Five flips do not tell the whole story

Here is what is happening.
A fair coin has equal probability for either side on each independent toss. That does not require exactly half the outcomes in every short sequence. More observations can help estimate a proportion, but they do not guarantee perfection. Use written example sequences; there is no need to toss small objects.
